A true woman of steel, or in this case titanium, Ashley Hanna owns Titanium Yoga. After suffering a life-altering car accident in 2016 that broke half of her body & landed her in a wheelchair, she was never supposed to walk again. Ashley has a family history of addiction & was on a mission to live a ‘normal life’ walk, run, play sports & workout. She didn’t want to be another person addicted to opioids. Ashley’s surgeon suggested yoga to help pain & get off opioids. She can honestly say, yoga rehabilitated her & she truly believes yoga can heal you physically, mentally and emotionally!

Having lived all around the US: Arizona, Chicago, New York City, Dallas & now Ponte Vedra Beach she knows what a gem this community is and loves being a part of it. If she’s not working, she’s chasing around her 2-year-old son and enjoying all things beach life. She is looking forward to learning more about non-profits that support Duval and St. Johns Counties and making a greater impact in the community
